The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted the Law "On Amendments to certain Laws of Ukraine concerning Enhancement of State Regulation in the Field of Housing Construction" as a Basis

In order to protect housing investors´ rights and enhance governmental control over the said market, the Bill (Reg. No.2464) introduces amendments to the Laws "On Investment Activity", "On Insurance", "On Finance and Credit Mechanisms and Property Administration by Housing Construction and Operations with Real Estate", "On Advertisement".

Pursuant to the Bill, the housing construction with attraction of funds of natural persons should be funded only through one financial institution that acts as a manager of housing construction fund.
